If you are unhappy with your order, please email us at email@example.com and we will let you know our returns address. The item(s) will need to be returned to us in a resaleable condition, tags still attached etc, for you to receive a full refund. We regret to inform you that we cannot cover the cost of the return. Items must be returned within 21 days of dispatch.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 10 days of dispatch. Please send an email describing the damage/fault along with pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will organise a replacement, or a refund if there is no replacement available. Unfortunately we cannot accept a claim for damaged or faulty items if it is not reported to us within 10 days of dispatch.
